Return and refund Policies:

We appreciate your business and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can send it back for a full refund of the purchase price. The following conditions apply for a full refund.

Return Policy:

The returned item must be in our possession within 15 days of the date you received it. All items returned after 15 days of receipt will only be good for exchange or a store credit. Returned items must be in the original condition, not worn or altered and should be returned with all original documents.

Diamonds, jewelry and watches are visually inspected upon receipt for signs of wear prior to the issuance of any refunds, exchanges or credits. All jewelry and new watches returned for refund or exchange must be unblemished and must be in their original condition; otherwise the item(s) will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

The Security Tag found on some of our items has to be intact. Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer.

Shipping and insurance cost are non refundable.
